Bulkcarrier quarantined off Bacolod
The 'Bao Neng' was placed on quarantine off the Bacolod Real Estate Development Corp. (Bredco) port in Bacolod City to prevent and control the spread the coronavirus. The ship, carrying 14.028 metric tons of cement arrived in Bredco Port on March 20, 2020. The vessel, which was at the anchorage area of the port, has a total of 22 crew members on board who were not allowed to disembark at Bredco Port. Their quarantine period will end on March 28 and they will only be allowed to disembark the cement while their crews will stay inside the vessel. The crew will be confined inside the vessel.
