Deadly fall from ship
A Navy dive crew recovered the body believed to be a Chinese crewman who fell overboard from the "Mount Hikurangi" in the Port of Tauranga in the morning of Feb 27, 2016. The man fell 10 metres from the ship into the harbour and did not resurface at 9.21 a.m. near Berth 9 at the port. Emergency services were alerted, however the man could not be located.
