Allision in Hakata
The 'Alicia 8', while departing from Hakata, allided with the berth on March 1, 2021, at 4.20 p.m. The ship hit with its port side and left the port after completing an investigation which was conducted by Japanese Coastguard. On March 2 it arrived in Hiroshima.
Anchor chains entangled
The 'Kobarid' (IMO: 9589578), having arrived from Kobe, allided with the 'Alicia 8', which had come from Kisarazu, after their anchor chains got entangled at the Y1 anchorage in Yokohama on Feb 9, 2020, at 5.30 a.m. After having untied their anchors, both the vessels were berthed in the port. The 'Kobarid' left port again on Feb 11 at 2.30 a.mn., bound to Keelung, ETA Feb 15.
