Man injured in work accident at yard
A worker fell three meters down aboard the "Mokstein" which was berthed at the quay of the Rabben Mekaniske Verksted south of Bekkjarvik in Austevoll. on Feb 12, 2019. He was picked up by the air ambulance and flown to the Haukeland University Hospital for treatment. The police was notified at 10.20 a.m. and conduct a site investigation and testimony. The police notified the Norwegian Labor Inspection Authority and the Norwegian Maritime Directorate about the accident.
