Medevac off Huelva
The Helimer 220 SAR helicopter of Salvamento MArÃtimo has medevaced a crew member of the 'Mohac' on Feb 20, 2025, who was injured inan accident on the vessel, which anchored 17 miles south of Huelva in pos. 36° 50' N 006° 50, W, and which had requested the medical evacuation from the Maritime Traffic Control Centre (MRCC). The man, who had a wound on his foot with the beginnings of infection that prevented him from walking, was hoisted and has been transferred to the Jerez airport, where an ambulance was waiting for him to take him to a hospital for further medical care.
