Narva lost rudder blade
By Jan 3, 2012, the "Narva" was still docked in the winter port of Riga. Being loaded 2,400 tons of asphalt, the ship on Dec 27, 2012, lost its right rudder blade while en route from Rotterdam to Riga. There were no leaks reported. The crew managed to steer the vessel and the "Narva" proceeded and reached Riga port in the early morning of Dec 28. it docked in the Mangalsalas Basin and shifted to the winter port the next morning.
