Bulkcarrier quarantined in Paranagua
The National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA) tested one c crew member of the 'Cyclene' at Paranagu positive for the COVID-19 virus. He was taken to hospital. On May 26, 2020, the bulk carrier was moved to the anchorage to wait for the tests results. It had arrived at Paranagua on May 25, coming from Singapore, to load a shipment of soybeans. The ship has been put under quarantine.
