On the night of July 23, 2025, the 'Ranis', which was anchored off Las Palmas in pos. 28° 06' N 015° 24' W, requested the urgent meidical evacuation of a crew member. The CCS of Salvamento MarÃtimo in LasPalmas mobilized the SAR-helicopter Helimer 204, which hoisted the patient and transported him to a hospital for further medical care.
