Detention in Tangshan
The 'Ming Hong' was detained by the Tokyo MoU in the port of Tangshan on Dec 18, 2025, during an initial inspection, which was carried out by Tangshan Port authorities. The inspectors recorded six deficiencies, two of which were regarded as seriously and grounds for a detention. The ship sailed again on Dec 21, next headed to Osaka with an ETA as of Dec 25.
