The "Rafaelo" was detained again onFeb 13, 2026, in Piraeus with 12 deficiencies, four of which being regarded as seriously and grounds for a detention: 1) Water/Weathertight - Ventilators, air pipes and casings Not properly maintained 2) Life saving appliances - Rescue boats Not properly maintained 3) Emergency system - Emergency fire pump and its pipes Insufficient pressure 4) Fire safety - Ventilation Not as required The vessel was released again on Feb 21 and left the port enroute to Alexandria with an ETA as of Feb 24.
