Medevac off Constanta
The Romanian Agency for Saving Life at Sea was requested by the MRCC on Oct 24, 2023, to imedevac a crew member of the 'Nordic London'. The bulk carrier waslocated near the entrance to the Port of Constanța, when one of the crew members on board required medical assistance. The SAR ship 'Ares' was mobilized and set off at 5.50 p.m. to pick up the patient. He was brought safely to shore and handed over to a medical team at 7.15 p.m.
