Tugs towing 528-foot drydock from Portland to Seattle this weekend
The 14,000-long ton capacity drydock Vigilant that is to support hundreds of industrial jobs at Vigor Industrial’s shipyard on Seattle’s Harbor Island is scheduled to arrive in Elliott Bay late Saturday or early Sunday.
