Kvaloy

The 'Kvaløy' suffered technical problems and had to be removed from the route Småge – Finnøya – Sandøya – Ona on July 28., The speed boat 'Lagertha' was inserted as a replacement with a departure from Ona at 12:00 p.m., following the established timetable and taking a maximum of 46 passengers. The 'Kvaløy' was sidelined in Småge and expected back in operation on July 30, departing from Ona at 05:20 a.m. Between 10 and 15 cars that were supposed to travel by ferry were stuck at the ferry pier of Ona for the time being.

The "Kvaløy", serving on the route Småge-Orta-Finnøy-Sandøy and Ona, had to suspend its sailings due to technical problems on March 2. Due to bad weather, no passenger boat has been deployed either. On Feb 3, the ferry returned to operation. with the first trip from Småge at 1.40 p.m.

The 'Kvaløy', serving on the route Småge–Orta–Finnøy–Sandøy–Ona, suffered technical problems on Jan 30, 2025, which lead to trouble for the Utasundsroute. All departures had to be cancelled by the operator Torghatten Nord until 9:15 p.m. After the issues were resolved, the ferry returned to normal operation with a crossing from Sandøya to Ona.

Torghatten Nord AS suspended ferry service on the route Småge-Orta-Finnøya-Sandøya-Ona in the evening of Nov 13, 2015, due to technical trouble of the "Kvaløy" which had to be sent to a repair yard. The ferry boat "Nordic Lady" was inserted to transport foot passengers.
