Water ingress following bottom touch
The "Midvolga 3" suffered an engine blackout while entering the Kaliningrad Sea Canal in the morning of Nov 10, 2016, coming from Vysotsk. The tanker, loaded with 3400 tons of heavy fuel, had a bottom touch near the Southern jetty, then resumed power and entered the fairway. It docked at Kaliningrad port, while a water ingress detected in bow thruster compartment.
