Chief died on board
The Polish chief engineer of the "Aquitania", which was docked in Gresik at that time, was found dead on board of his ship shortly after midday on Aug 22, 2016. The cause of the death was unknown, the 58-year old man was healthy and fit, according to the crew testimony. An investigation was under way.
