Salvage work continues around the clock
Three tugs are continuing their attempts to free the "Samjohn Liberty" on the Parana River 150 km south of Rosario, struggling around the clock to get the vessel off. The third, more powerful tug joined on Apr 4. Tens of vessels are stuck since midday of Apr 2 when the ship got stuck at km 280. The bulker was contracted by Dreyfus to carry 48000 tons of soybeans to Poland.
