Sick passenger evacuated off Skye
A PASSENGER aboard a luxury cruise ship had to be transferred to a lifeboat off Skye after feeling unwell. The elderly man was aboard the 150-feet long The MV Lord of the Glens - which has 27 luxury state cabins accommodating 54 passengers. The sick passenger had complained of feeling unwell all day and the Kyle of Lochalsh lifeboat was launched and took the man for further treatment.
