Lochinvar

The 'Lochinvar', serving on the route Lochaline - Fishnish, suffered a technical issue with the fast rescue craft on Feb 2. As a consequnece, the scheduled departures from Lochaline at 10.00 a.m., 10.45 a.m., 12:45 pm., 01:45 p.m., 02:45 p.m. and 04.00 p.m. and from Fishnish at 10.25 a.m., 11.10 a.m., 01:10 p.m., 02:10 p.m., 03.:00 p.m. and 4:25 p.m. were cancelled. On Feb 3, limitations remained in place regarding weather and sea states. The vessel operated the departure at 1:45 p.m. from Lochaline and the 2:10 p.m. sailing from Fishnish as the final sailings of the day. Until further notice, the vessel was operating with a reduced passenger capacity.

The 'Lochinvar', serving on the route Lochaline-Fishnish, suffered a technical issue in Lochaline, affecting the fire suppression system on the morning of Nov 6. As a consequence, the following sailings had to be cancelled: Departure Lochaline - 07:00 a.m.; Departure Fishnish - 07:25 a.m. The crew started to carry out the necessary repairs, and it was intended to resume service with the 07:45 a.m. departure from Lochaline.

The 'Lochinvar', serving on the route Lochaline-Fishnish, suffered a technical issue that requires further investigation on July 23. As a consequence, the scheduled departures from iLochaline at 9.40 a.m. and from Fishnish at 10 a.m. had to be cancelled. After the issue was resolved, the 'Lochinvar'operated the previously cancelled crossings.

The 'Lochinvar', serving on the route Lochaline-Fishnish, suffered a technical issue with the aft ramp in Lochaline on the morning of July 3. As a consequence, the scheduled departures at 07:00 a.m. from Lochaline at 07:25 from Fishnish have been cancelled. The ferry resumed its service with the 07:45 a.m. sailing from Lochaline. The vessel was, however, operating single ended until further notice. Vehicles will be required to reverse on or off the vessel.

On May 8, the 'Lochinvar', serving on the route Lochaline-Fishnish, suffered a technical issue with the aft unit. As a consequence,, the scheduled sailings from Lochaline at 07:45 a.m. and from Fishnish at 08:10 a.m. have been cancelled. Engineers were investigating the issue with the Voith Control System and found out that it required additional repairs, As a consequence, the service has been cancelled for the remainder of the day. The 'Clansman' operated the following amended timetable via Craignure to assist with traffic: Departure Oban - 4:20 p.m. Departure Craignure - 5:35 p.m. Departure Colonsay - 7:50 p.m.

The 'Lochinvar', serving on the route Lochaline - Fishnish 14, suffered a technical issue affecting the vessel's ramp, on the morning of Feb 14. As a consequence, the scheduled departure from Lochaline at 07:00 a.m. and from Fishnish at 07:25 a.m. had to be cancelled. After the issue has been successfully resolved, the 07:45 a.m. sailing from Lochaline could be operated as scheduled.
