The Australian Federal Police, Victoria Police and Australia Border Force on June 29, 2017, announced to have seized 78 boxes with cocaine in a container on board of the "Spirit of Shanghai" in Melbourne. The drugs had $30 million street value. The ship had arrived at Melbourne, coming from Panama via Sydney, on June 25.
