Maersk Taurus the latest vessel to call at Hamad Port
The Maersk Taurus is the most recent vessel to arrive at Hamad Port from the Port of Salalah in Dhofar, the largest port in Oman, Qatar Ports Management Company (Mwani Qatar) has said in its Twitter account. The cargo vessel arrived with a total of 3,798 TEUs (Twenty-foot Equivalent Units) worth of cargo, including 407 reefer (refrigerated) containers. A statement issued last month announced that Mwani #Qatar and its partners inaugurated five new direct service lines between Hamad Port and several ports in the region and beyond in less than 20 days.
