One Vietnamese crew member of a Vietnames f/v was killed when the "Cheng Lu 19" coming from Ho Chi Minh City crashed into the fishing vessel off the southern province of Vung Tau on Apr 1, 2010. Six of the Vietnamese crew jumped off the boat and were rescued by some nearby fishing boats, while the seventh died in the collision. His body was retrieved later the same day. Local authorities have seized the "Cheng Lu 19" for further investigations.
