Paul anchored off Shoreham after suffering trouble

The "Paul" suffered an unspecified problem on Mar 4, 2015, while transiting the English Canal in southern direction, en route from Chatham to Barreiro. Around midday the vessel reduced speed to a full stop. Then the vessel started moving, but changed course and several hours later anchored off Shoreham.
