Detention in Qinzhou
The 'Hoanh Son Global' was detained in Qinzhou following a Port State Control inspection under the Tokyo MoU framework on April 10, 2026. The inspectors found a total of eight deficiencies, four of which were being regarded as seriously and grounds for a detention. The inspection was conducted under the oversight of the ISM company Vung Ang International Sea Transportation JSC (Cong Ty Co Phan Van Tai Bien Quoc Te Vung Ang). The ship left the port again on April 13, next headed to Singapore with an ETA as of April 19.
