Crew member died in accident on board
The 'Alma' contacted the CROSS Corsen and requested medical assistance for a 57-year old Ukrainian crew member who was in critical condition. He had been injured in rough seas on Nov 22, 2019, at 9.10 p.m. in the Celtic Sea 150 miles west of Brest. Paramedics were dropped off on board by a helicopter on Nov 23 at 01.40 a.m. who pronounced the man’s death. The ship interrupted the voyage from Rouen to Cuba and headed for Brest to undergo all formalities.
