Bulk carrier rescued overdue fishermen
Two fishermen, who were overdue for two days with their fishing boat , were finally located and rescued by the 'Hero' in the Indian Ocean on May 1, 2023. Also their open boat was lifted onto the vessel's deck. The bulk carrier was en route from Nacala to Munda. The SNSM boat from Mayotte came to pick them up to bring them back to shore.
