The 'Jasmine 8' was detained in Yingkou on Oct 10, 2025 by the Tokyo MoU authority. An inspection had revealed nine deficiencies, three of which were being regarded as seriously and grounds for a detention. The ship, which had arrived in the port on Oct 9 en route from Lianyungang, was released again on Oct 12 and left the port en route to Hong Kong with an ETA as of Oct 18.
