Allision in Tai Chung
The container ship “Kuo Chang” was struck by the “He Bin” at Tai Chung on March 9, 2018, around noon, while the latter was maneuvering in port, having arrived from Kaoshiung, and got caught by strong wind gusts. She was drifted against the port side of the "Kuo Chang" which suffered several damaged containers, three cargo bays and a ladder. The "He Bin" was damaged at its port side stern.
