The 'Ivestos 9', en route from Rio Grande to Pyeongtaek, was boarded by four perpetrators, armed with knives ,on June 15, 2024, at 2.10 a.m. west of Pulau Cula in pos. 37° ^2.5' N 103° 38.37'. The intruders stole engine spares and fled the vessel.
