The fourth detention of the "Isik 4" within less than a year took place on Feb 22, 2026, in Novorossiysk with seven deficiencies: 1) Water/Weathertight - Railing,gangway, walkway and means for safe passage Not as required 2) Life saving Appliances - Lifebuoys incl provision and disposition Not as required 3) Life saving Appliances - Rescue boats Not ready for use 4) Life saving Appliances - Operational readiness of lifesaving appliances Not as required 5) Labour conditions - Non payment of wages Non payment 6) Labour conditions - Lighting - working spaces Inoperative 7) Propulsion and auxiliary machinery - Auxiliary engine Not as required The vessel was released again on Feb 24 and left the porf again enroute to Hereke. The "Isik 4" was detained already again on Sep 29 in Aliaga with 14 deficiencies, six of which being regarded as seriously and grounds for a detention: 1) Life saving App - Rescue boats Not ready for use 2) Emergency systems - Emergency fire pump and its pipes Insufficient pressure 3) Safety of navigation - Radar Inoperative 4) Fire safety - Means of escape Not as required 5) Fire safety - Fire doors/openings in fire resisting division 6) ISM - Ism certificate Not as required The vessel was released again on Oct 2 and remained stationary. The 'Muammer Bey', en route from Chioggia to Iskenderun with an ETA as of May 2, was disabled in the Mediterranean Sea on April 30, 2022, and requested towing assistance.
