Container ship detained for illegal anchoring
The 'Iseaco Fortune' was detained approximately 14,5 nautical miles southwest of Sekinchan in Selangor on Oct 5, 2022. The Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency detained the vessel for allegedly anchoring without permission, as the captain had failed to present the proper documents. Two crew members were taken to the Selangor Maritime State Headquarters for further investigationss.
