A migrant boat, which had departed from the port of Boumerdès, east of Algiers, on Oct 5, was reported missing by the NGO Caminando Fronteras (Walking Borders) since the afternoon of Oct 7. Salvamento Marítimo was notified at 2 p.m. and dispatched the 'Guardamar Concepción Arenal' to the area. The crew recovered one body on the early afternoon, which was found in the sea two miles off the island of Ibiza. it was transported to the port of Botafoc, where the Judicial Police of the Civil Guard took charge of the body.The Sasemar 308 plane of Salvamento Marítimo took off from Valencia and started searching the boat south of the Balearic Islands. It resumed the search on the morning of Oct 8. A Frontex plane was scheduled to continue the search on the afternoon.

On Aug 12, a fire broke out aboard the luxury yacht 'Da Vinci' about 7.3 nautical miles southwest of Punta Gavina (Formentera). The CCS Palma of Salvamento Marítimo deployed the 'Guardamar Concepción Arenal' and the 'Salvamar Naos', which also transported firefighters to the scene. The seven crew members have been evacuated by the 'Salvamar Naos' and were transferred ashore in good condition. The fire could not be brought under control, and the yacht has finally sank. On March 14, 2025, the m/v 'Condor' reported a boat, capsized and adrift off Barcelona, with no one located in the water. The patrol boat 'Río Santa Eulalia' of the Guardia Civil was mobilized to the position and carried out a search on the water with negative results. The 'Guardamar Concepción Arenal' took the vessel, named 'BS 3', in tow to Barcelona and pulled it out of the water. The response was coordinated by the RCC of Salvamento Marítimo in Barcelona. On Dec 23 at 11:00 a.m. the 'Guardamar Concepción Arenal' arrived at the port of Almería with the 22 occupants of a precarious boat. The crew of the SAR vessel had located them 50 nautcical miles southeast of Garrucha at 4:56 a.m. The m/v 'Sable' had remained on standby in the area until the arrival of the rescue ship.

On Nov 3, the m/v 'Regina' rescued 54 people from a boat that was deflating, some of them in the water, near Lanzarote, where the The 'Guardamar Concepción Arenal' was deployed to rendezvous with the 'Regina', and its crew managed to rescue two more people alive from the water and recovered the body of one of the castaways.
