Engine trouble in Dardanelles
The 'Guana' suffered an engine malfunction in front of Kumkale in the Dardanelles en route from Haifa to Constanta on Oct 9, 2023. The Çanakkale VTS Center coordinated the response, and assisted by a pilot, the ship was taken in tow by the tug 'Kurtarma 14' and achored in Karanlik Liman for repairs.
