General cargo with container capacity Han Yi (10990 gt, built 1997), en route from Antwerp to Bilbao, with 20 people on board, reported to be not under command due to a fault with its valve, in position lat 49 50 29.9N, long 003 31 26.9W, 24 nautical miles south of East Prawle, at approximately 0930 hrs, UTC, on July 1. Subsequently, the vessel completed repairs and was underway using own power. Han Yi was carrying 2368.632 metric tons of machinery steel as cargo and 1035.6 metric tons of Low Sulphur oil as bunkers on board.
