A life raft was stolen from Korean heavy lift vessel Korex SPB No.1 anchored in South Harbour, Manila, on Oct 22 2012. The watch found raft to be missing, police was informed, but marine patrol search in the area yielded no results. Maritime Bulletin http://www.odin.tc
