Detention in Port Kembla
The 'Industrial Confidence' was detained at Port Kembla on Nov 28, 2025, where it had arrived on Nov 25 en route from Geelong, by port state control inspectors from the Tokyo Memorandum of Understanding after an initial safety inspection. The inspection identified three deficiencies, one of which was regarded as seriously and a ground for a detention.
