The Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) on Jan 10, 2020, detained the 'Anet' for unauthorized anchoring 22 miles southsouthwest of Pulau Kend off Penang island. The ship had dropped anchor in the morning of Jan 8, en route from Colombo to Singapore, ETA Jan 14. On Jan 11 it remained stationary in pos. 05° 33.05' N 100° 12.69' E.
