The "Sierra Queen" of the Westminster Group was damaged while transiting between terminals in Sierra Leone, after striking an uncharted submerged obstacle on ARp 5, 2016. The vessel was docked for inspections.

On Apr 12, 2013, at 11:30 a.m. the fire department and police of Haugesund were alerted to the Garpaskjærs Quayin after they were notified about a fire on the "Maan Dolphin" on its way from Bergen to Stavanger. Also the lifeboat "Bergen Kreds" responded. On board the ship were 40 passengers and a crew of five. The fire was in the engine room. It was extinguished soon, and there were no reports of injuries either to passengers or crew. Passengers had to be taken further by bus while the speed ferry remained in Haugesund for further investigations. The "Maan Dolphin" on Jan 18, 2012, allided with the ferry pier on Hufthamar. The bow of the ferry suffered significant damage due to the impact. The ship had to be removed soon to make way for the ferry that came from Krokeide. The boat was taken out of traffic. No passengers were injured. All passengers were transferred to the speed ferry "Tedno" short time later and moved on to Flesland and Bergen.
