On Sep 15, 2015, at 3 p.m. the "Grace Bridge" was in collision with a Vietnamese fishing vessel off Vung Tau in the South China Sea. The fishing vessel sank, the crew of seven rescued by nearby fishing vessels. The "Grace Bridge" had sailed from Nansha on Sep 10 and berthed at the Tanjung CT at Tanjung Pelepas on Sep 17 at 2.45 a.m.
