Fisherman injured off Breskens
In the morning of Aug 27, 2020, a crew member of the 'HA-36 Schillhorn was injured after getting trapped with his hand off Breskens. The Dutch coastguard was alerted which mobilized the KNRM boat from Breskens at 7 a.m. to medevac the victim. Within 15 minutes the lifeboat was on site at the fishing vessel. The person was taken over and the lifeboat set course for Breskens. Back in port the man was met by a taxi that transported him to the hospital.
