Perpetrators stole ship's properties
The 'Evimeria' was approached by four perpetrators armed with blades in a blue and yellow vessel in position 16 58 18.0N, 82 18 28.8E, while anchored at the Kakinada anchorage on Feb 11, 2020. The perpetrators came alongside and boarded the vessel from the starboard quarter. When the Master raised the alarm, the perpetrators fled the vessel and escaped in their boat with stolen ship's property. The incident was reported to Kakinada Port Control, which informed law enforcement agencies.
