Quay allision in Bremerhaven
On Feb 3, 2013, at 8.45 p.m. the "Euphrates Highway" allided with the quay of the foreport of the Northern lock in Bremerhaven after the towing rope to an assisting tug snapped. The car carrier hit the quay with ist port side. Both quay and hull were damaged. The ship docked at the North Port N and finally sailed bound for Zeebrugge on Feb 4 at 11.45 a.m, bouind for Zeebrugge with an ETA of Feb 5, 8 a.m.
