Tanker suffered engine trouble off Flushing
The 'ETC Fefertari' got into trouble with engine problems off the coast of Flushing on afternoon of Jan 6, 2025, short time after its departure from Antwerp to Dakar. Three tugs were called to assist and towed the tanker to an anchorage off the Zeeland-Flemish coast and was moored in pos. 51° 25' N 003° 29' E. Attempts were being made to fix the damage at the anchorage. The ship remained stationary as of Jan 7.
