Bottom touch near Esbjerg
On May 8, 2019, at 1.32 p.m. the "Esvagt Beta" suffered a bottom touch in Grådyb near Esbjerg from where it had sailed at 12.30 p.m. The Danish Maritime Authority accepted that the ship would be investigated upon its arrival at Esbjerg when returned from the oilfield om the Northsea the ship was heading to at the time of the incident.
Offshore supplier violated environmental law
Officials of the Water Police Emden found serious violations of the international environmental law MARPOL during a control in Emden on May 4, 2012. The captain had to pay a security deposit of 450 €. Furthermore, the BG traffic in Hamburg detained the ship at the North Quay until the identified deficiencies are addressed to.
