A 26,000-DWT chemical tanker has been arrested in Singapore due to a claim from a cargo owner, reports Tradewinds. The Panama flagged Ginga Lynx, operated by Tokyo Marine Asia, was arrested last weekend on a warrant issued on behalf of legal firm AsiaLegal LLC.
