Engine failure off Shima
The "Epoch Wind" suffered engine failure on Jan 12, 2016, east of Shima of the Pacific coast, while en route from Nagoya. The vessel required assistance and was taken on tow by the tug "Hayashio Maru" (IMO: 9400447). The convoy was escorted by "Myoryu Escort Boat" underway to Toyohashi, Ise Bay.
