Fuel pipe leak in EITZ
The "Paterna", being en route from Amsterdam to Pembroke in ballast with a crew of 16 people on board, suffered a fuel pipe leak at the English Inshore Traffic Zone (EITZ), north of Varne Bank, in position 51 17 05.4N, 001 48 10.2E, on July 18, 2019, at 08.30 a.m. The vessel anchored within the EITZ and repairs were carried out by the crew. At 10.50 a.m.the repairs have been completed and the vessel was on its way with an ETA as of July 20.
