Captain denied grounding incident
On Sep 10, 2018, at 2.42 p.m. the Danish Maritime Assistance Service estimated that the "Feed Stavanger" had run aground at Boels Plade. The captain denied that an accident had taken place, and therefore the Mobile Environment Preparedness (MMB) was alerted. The MMB and the police launched an investigation. The captain did not remark that the ship had run aground, and evidence now had to be assessed by the Defense Attorneys for further proceedings. The ship which had been enroute from Korsör to Bakke berthed in Randers at 8.30 p.m. As the incident could not be proved, the case was terminated, and the ship continued the voyage to Bakke, ETA SEp 12 at noon.
