Collision off Gotland
In the afternoon of Dec 8, 2012, at 5 p.m. the "Conmar Elbe", whilst coming from Flushing, was in collision with the "Falshöft" off Gotland. Both ships suffered minor injuries and continued their respective voyages with own power. No one was hurt. The "Conmar Elbe" with 11 on board suffered dents at the rear when the "Falshöft" ran into it 23 nautical ESE of Faro, Gotland. The "Falshoeft" suffered damage to the starboard bow above the waterline, none of the 16 crew members on board are injured. Thev essels continue towards their destination after the Coast Guard inspected the damage. The "Falshoeft" which had come from the Churchill Dock in Antwerp docked in Tallinn on Dec 9 short past noon. The "Conmar Elbe" was expected in St. Petersburg on Dec 10 at 6. a.m.
