Cargo ship broke lose while unloading bombs
The "BBC Houston" broke off a mooring buoy in La Spezia on the night of Jan 17, 2015, in strong winds. The vessel was offloading a cargo of bombs. The "BBC Houston" was taken in tow and berthed by several tugs hours after she broke free. Disabled cargo ship towed to Gibraltar
The "BBC Houston" suffered engine failure en route from Jebel Ali to the USA , odin.tc reports. The disabled vessel was towed to Gibraltar, arriving there on June 30. The ship was berthed at the detached mole at 8 p.m. and remained there on July 2.
