Falknes ran into trouble two days after Falksund
On Nov 27, 2011, at 10 a.m. the "Falknes" ran into a quay south of the Karmsund bridge on the Karmøy side. The vessel had lost engine power in the Karm Sound and drifted into the quay. High seas and strong wind may have contributed to the accident. The "Falksund" which is also owned by the Finney company ran into trouble in the Karm Sound only on Nov 25.
